- We will accept players with birthdays from 8/1/1993 through 2/28/2006.
- DYSA has implemented a no request policy for U-8 and above (players 6 years old and older as of 7/31). Siblings will be placed on the same team if they are in the same age and gender group (where applicable) unless noted otherwise. If you require special consideration, please include a letter to the DYSA Board describing the situation with your Payment. The DYSA Board will evaluate these letters and will decide if the request can be honored.

- U13-U16 Registration Extended until March 20th! - No Late Fee
- Players who were 12 by 7/31/09 are included. (Or those who are 11 that wish to play up a year)
- We will continue to take registraton for these players to increase the chance that we can have 4 full teams.
- As a general rule:
- Less than 28 players: DYSA may choose to issue refunds
- Greater than 27 but less than 44: DYSA may choose to only play "Pickup Games" (This will still come with at least two weeks of Practices for those not on able to attend in March).
- Greater than 43 Players: we will have 4 Teams and Coaches and run a normal Season.
Refunds: Requests for refunds received prior to 2/20 will be refunded in full. Requests for refunds after 2/20, but before the draft, will be refunded minus $25. No refunds will be given after teams are drafted. Refunds requests must be emailed to Treasurer@DecaturYouthSoccer.com.
Behavior: Parents and guests have a responsibility to promote good sportsmanship while supporting and encouraging all players, coaches and referees to do their best. They also will refrain from derogatory comments, foul or abusive language, or inappropriate contact directed toward anyone on the soccer fields. Parents and guests recognize this is a recreational league designed to expose players to a variety of positions while developing basic soccer skills. By registering or attending games, all agree to the code of conduct.
